Onboarding with StoreMan Tech takes between two to six weeks. There are 6 delivery points within that timescale.
1. Discovery StoreMan Tech Session
A workshop style session with the StoreMan Tech team to kick off the onboarding stage and develop a long-term integration plan.
4. Facility Setup on StoreMan Tech
3D CAD drawings of facilities, Unit graphics and unit numbers imported to eCommerce platform. All imports of existing customers and contracts to platform.
2. Brand & Marketing Development
A two-stage process to develop corporate identity and branding consistency followed by website development and digital marketing strategy.
5. Onsite Installation Integration
StoreMan facility control server installed (WatchDog) followed by access control systems (DoorMan), intruder alarm system (PoliceMan), fire alarm system (FireMan), security cameras (CameraMan), loudspeaker system (MusicMan).
3. eCommerce Integration
Pricing, contract and payment frameworks implemented alongside finance and book keeping systems.
6. Testing Functional Integrity
Test of all platform functionality and integration integrity. Switch over business operations to StoreMan Tech. Change DNS web entries to point to StoreMan. Congratulations you just made the move to StoreMan!
